Lift Truck Operator/ Machine Operator

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associates to join our team. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Linwood/Lexington location and work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Location: Linwood/Lexington
Shifts Available: 1st & 3rd Shift

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
3rd Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation

!!Able to Work/Commute 12 hour shifts with 2-2-3 schedule!!

Duties & Responsibilities

Work scheduled 12-hour shifts
Safely operate forklifts and lift trucks
Pick, pull, stage, load, and unload product accurately
Read and follow shop orders, production schedules, and verbal/written instructions
Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards
Report equipment malfunctions or operational issues to maintenance and supervisors
Assist other departments as needed
Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the shift
Follow all company safety rules and regulations
Demonstrate punctuality and dependable attendance
Work proactively with minimal supervision

PPE Requirements

Safety glasses and hearing protection (provided)
Steel-toe/safety shoes (required; employee purchased)

Physical Requirements

Lift, carry, and move 50+ pounds repeatedly
Stand and walk for the duration of a 12-hour shift
Frequent bending, stooping, stretching, and reaching

Education & Experience Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and well-organized; able to work independently
Prior experience in a manufacturing facility preferred
Basic computer knowledge and skills
Flexible and willing to perform multiple job functions as needed
Forklift certification preferred or prior forklift operating experience
Machine operating experience preferred
Warehouse experience preferred
