Role: Senior Manager, Project Controls overseeing cost, risk, and governance for pharmaceutical capital projects, including facility construction, process equipment, and technology transfer. Objectives: ensure budget integrity, forecast accuracy, risk visibility, and compliance within regulated GxP environments.
