We are growing and looking for a driven Commercial Business Development Manager to expand our commercial client base and strengthen strategic relationships throughout the market./ppThis is a true outside sales and business development role focused on generating commercial opportunities, building referral relationships, and growing revenue within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate has experience developing business relationships with property managers, facility managers, insurance professionals, commercial real estate professionals, healthcare facilities, municipalities, or other commercial decision-makers. This person is proactive, relationship-focused, highly organized, and motivated by building long-term partnerships that lead to revenue growth. If you enjoy networking, creating opportunities, and building a strong book of business in a fast-paced industry, we want to hear from you./ppDevelop and grow commercial accounts within your territory/ppProspect and generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship development/ppBuild relationships with property managers, facility managers, insurance agents/adjusters, commercial real estate professionals, and other key referral partners/ppMaintain consistent in-person meetings, site visits, and networking activity/ppIdentify opportunities for emergency restoration and reconstruction services/ppDevelop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities/ppFollow up consistently and move opportunities through the sales process/ppRepresent Paul Davis professionally in the community and at industry events/ppCollaborate with operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience/ppMaintain CRM activity, pipeline updates, and reporting/ppMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals/ppStrong relationship-builder with a proactive sales approach/ppSelf-starter who is motivated, organized, and accountable/ppExcellent communication and follow-up skills/ppComfortable networking and meeting with decision-makers face-to-face/ppAbility to manage multiple relationships and opportunities simultaneously/ppCompetitive mindset with a drive to grow territory revenue/ppProfessional presence and confidence in commercial environments/ppAbility to work independently while collaborating with internal teams/pp2+ years of outside sales or business development experience/ppExperience in restoration, reconstruction, construction, commercial services, roofing, facilities management, or insurance-related industries preferred/ppExisting relationships within commercial property management, insurance, or facilities industries is a plus/ppProven track record of generating new business and meeting sales goals/ppCRM proficiency and strong organizational skills/ppValid drivers license with ability to travel locally within territory/ppEstablished and respected national brand/ppStrong operational support and leadership/ppHigh-growth opportunity with uncapped earning potential/ppAbility to build long-term commercial relationships/ppFast-paced, team-oriented environment/ppOpportunity to make an impact during critical situations for clients/ppField-based outside sales role/ppDaily networking, prospecting, and client meetings/ppOccasional evening networking and industry events/ppCombination of independent work and team collaboration/ppFlexible work from home options available./ppCompensation: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year/ppSince 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
