Position Summary: Level 1: Host/Curbside, Opening/Closing Station, Greetings & Farewells, Seating (Rotation) & Waitlist, Pre-Bussing, 3 Step Cleaning Process, Bathroom Checks (Cleaning & Restocking), Monitor Dining Room Cleanliness, Basic Menu Knowledge, PKG Rewards. Level 2: Expo/Runner, Opening/Closing Station, Monitoring Food Quality, Bagging & Serving Orders Correctly, Complete Food Menu Knowledge, Keeping Dining Room Clean, Locating Items Requested By Guests, KDS Knowledge, Handing Orders To Guests, POS Payment, Knowledge Answering Phones. Level 3: Cashier/Server, Opening/Closing Station, Excellent Guest Service, Basic Math Skills, Serving Food, Serving Drinks, Serving Tables (Table Set Up), Price Knowledge, POS Order Taking Knowledge, Taking Phone Orders, Bussing Tables. Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods. Basic to intermediate English communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a team. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. as needed. Continuous use of hands and arms. Continuous bending, reaching, and twisting.
