HarbourVest Partners is currently seeking candidates for 2–3 year pre-MBA Associate positions in its Direct Investment Group in Boston, MA for a July 2025 start date. What You Will Do: Be at the forefront of evaluating diverse companies across different sectors. Engage actively in the due diligence process, including insightful interactions with management teams. Monitor and assist in managing our investment portfolio, adding real value to the team. What You Bring: Go-getter demeanor with a stellar work ethic and charismatic personality. Natural leadership to thrive in a fast and furious work setting. Academic inclination in finance, business, or accounting. Strong quantitative, analytical and Excel skills with a curiosity about numbers. Effective communication skills to articulate ideas with clarity. The Associate will also be paired with a senior professional as a mentor. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
