Collision Estimator

Job Summary Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator at the Service Center in Jeffersontown. The role involves writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration, and providing post‑repair plan communication, including all vehicle status updates to customers, while complying with Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards. Requirements 2+ years of collision estimating experience (sales experience preferred). 21years of age or older. Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under the company insurance policy. Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. Eligibility to work in the U.S. with no restrictions. Abilities, Skills & Knowledge Consistent physical activity, including reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50lbs. Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software. Advanced understanding of repair processes and procedures. Strong sales orientation. Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
