Pre-Suit Attorney

We are seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with personal injury and general liability cases, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients throughout the pre-litigation lifecycle and guiding matters toward resolution or litigation readiness. Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval Guide clients through the case process Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents Complete TD approval for liability issues Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages Manage the release approval process Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily general liability cases.
