Customer Support Associate

To support a growing Customer & Product Support team, the remote Associate, Customer & Product Support will deliver exceptional customer experiences, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance platform usage and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities Deliver a world-class customer experience by acting as the first line of defense for customer inquiries and guiding users through product features Provide impeccable customer support by investigating and resolving technical issues via email and live chat, ensuring timely updates to customers Act as a key partner to Product and Engineering by fielding feedback, identifying product opportunities, and managing internal support channels Required qualifications 3 or more years of experience in a client/product support role Strong interest in AI, technology, and software applications Ability to maintain a professional home working environment suitable for high-level support Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learning Experience in contributing to training sessions and creating support documentation
