Alumni Coordinator | Cottonwood Tucson | Tucson, Arizona About the Job Purpose Statement: The Alumni Coordinator is responsible for planning and implementing alumni outreach to encourage and strengthen relationships with facility alumni. Works closely with the Clinical Director and/or Facility CEO to develop a strategy inclusive of an event calendar, newsletters, online and in-person meetings, host alumni groups, and alumni program development. The Alumni Coordinator is also responsible for growing alumni referrals, maintaining and growing the CaredFor App, and creating and maintaining an alumni committee. Roles and Responsibilities Align facility alumni plans with corporate alumni strategy. Ensure a smooth alumni experience with a documented client journey map (what the experience should look like once completing treatment). Plan, coordinate, and promote alumni and community events, including quarterly and annual alumni reunions and sponsored outings or events such as a bowling, movie night, Superbowl celebration, etc. Promote events effectively in the alumni/family networks and the surrounding communities. Manage and update an events calendar on the website in coordination with corporate Business Development. Collect alumni data upon/prior discharge and ensure the process to alumni status is smooth. Manage alumni data, updating in Salesforce and other directories as needed. Analyze alumni data for findings and opportunities. Develop and implement a communication system utilizing phone, text, email, facility app, and any other channel available to follow-up and support the program for facility alumni. Track and log all outreach in the Salesforce database. Create and curate content, comment on posts, celebrate milestones, etc. Identify and promote any potential facility alumni advocates self-selecting in the CaredFor app. Provide alumni social media and web support, create custom content to engage with alumni community, and collaborate with the digital team on posting. Drive admissions by increasing the number of alumni and families making referrals to the facility. Measure the effectiveness of the alumni programs by creating and distributing satisfaction surveys, analyzing the data collected, and incorporating feedback into future efforts. Leverage admissions and activity data in Salesforce to report on and evaluate the results of efforts. Run a weekly group with all discharging clients to discuss alumni services. Conduct a daily group with all clients in their first seven days of treatment to begin building rapport and triaging client issues. Education / Experience / Skill Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Behavioral Health, Marketing, or related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. One or more years’ experience in the substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment field preferred. Licenses / Designations / Certifications Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Maintain automobile insurance coverage and have access to an automobile, where the facility requires. Work Location This position is onsite and is not a remote position. Supervisory Requirements This position is an Individual Contributor.
