RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Cath Lab RN - Day Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

4x10-Hour Shift, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM with weekend and on-call requirements.

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab RN to join our team. The Cath Lab RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during cardiac procedures, including diagnostic and interventional catheterizations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing cardiac catheterizations and electrophysiology studies.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and provide post-procedure care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer sedation and manage patient safety during procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience required.
• Current SC RN license or Compact license in hand before starting.
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS.
• Experience with cardiac stent placement, procedural sedation, and dysrhythmia management is necessary.
