Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessment and individualized therapy to clients presenting with symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders, modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal care.

• Effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet shared goals, actively engaging in meetings and case discussions to enhance treatment strategies.

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based screenings and ensure timely follow-ups when more detailed assessments are required.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans in partnership with clients, ensuring that they can access a full spectrum of supportive services.

Qualifications\n
