Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of ultrasound exams, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging.

• Work in close partnership with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure the highest quality diagnostic images.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
• Accurately document imaging procedures and maintain comprehensive patient records in our electronic medical systems.

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline.
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program.

Required Certifications

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred.
