Real Estate Agent – Growth-Focused Team (Wichita, KS)

Compensation- Most agents earn $50,000 – $100,000+, with top performers exceeding that

$50,000 – $100,000+

What You’ll Do

• Convert conversations into clients through proven scripts and training
• Work with active buyers and sellers using a structured follow-up system (CRM provided)
• Set and attend appointments, show homes, and negotiate contracts
• Build your pipeline daily through outbound calls, follow-up, and database management
• Execute a clear plan to generate consistent closings each month
• Track performance and improve conversion through coaching and accountability
