Mammography TechnologistWe are seeking qualified and compassionate Mammography Technologists to join an established outpatient imaging team serving patients throughout the Rio Grande Valley.Locations: Brownsville/Harlingen, TexasEmployment Type: Full-Time & Part-TimeSetting: Outpatient ImagingThere is an immediate full-time opening in Brownsville, a part-time opportunity in Harlingen primarily focused on weekends and after-hours.Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerform mammography and related imaging procedures according to established protocols.Produce high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining patient comfort and safety.Prepare patients for examinations and clearly explain the procedure.Verify patient information and maintain accurate imaging documentation.Follow radiation safety, quality assurance, and regulatory standards.Operate and maintain imaging equipment appropriately.Communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, administrators, and other healthcare professionals.Provide compassionate, professional, and respectful patient care.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized outpatient imaging environment.QualificationsARRT RT(R) certification is required.ARRT RT(M) certification is also accepted.Mammography certification is preferred but not required.New graduates are welcome to apply if they hold the required RT(R) certification.ScheduleFull-TimeMonday-Friday: 8:00 AM-6:00 PMSaturday appointments: 8:00 AM-3:00 PMPart-Time - HarlingenPrimarily weekends and after-hours appointments.Patient Volume & PopulationApproximately 12-25 patients per day.Primarily serves patients 35 years and older.Patients as young as 18 may be seen when medically necessary.BenefitsHealthcare insurance offered.Incentive programs available for non-certified mammography technologists.Full-time and part-time opportunities available.Opportunity to join an established imaging operation with 20 years of experience.Supportive outpatient environment with a focus on quality patient care.If you are interested in this position kindly contact: View email address on click.appcast.io View phone number on click.appcast.io
