About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President and General Manager for its Cell & Gene Therapy business. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the global strategy, commercial performance, and operations across multiple advanced therapy modalities. This executive will be responsible for driving growth, execution, and organizational effectiveness, with a focus on the U.S. and European markets. Key responsibilities include defining and executing a data-driven business strategy, leading commercial efforts, owning full P&L performance, and building senior-level customer relationships. The role also involves establishing performance metrics, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards, and leading cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed organization. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or related field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years of senior leadership experience in pharma services or a related industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of P&L ownership, experience in leading commercial strategy and business development initiatives, and a deep understanding of GMP, regulatory, and quality requirements. Strong leadership skills, executive-level communication, and the ability to manage global, cross-functional teams are essential. The role requires a leader who can drive operational excellence, including LEAN practices and continuous improvement, and who is adept at partnering with operations and supply chain to ensure accurate forecasting and delivery.
