Job Overview & Responsibilities Join our team as a Clinic Manager , where you'll lead a team of clinicans, and together you and your team will use evidence-based techniques to transform patients' lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover.

- 401(k) with company contribution
- Reimbursement for professional dues and license renewals

- Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
- Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs
- Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the community
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy assistant program
- State Licensure
- Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association
- Management experience preferred
- Base Salary : $80,000-$110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
- Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
- Sign-On Bonus : Available in select locations!
