### Required Experience and Qualifications - 2 years of experience - Level 1 trauma experience - Experience with high acuity orthopedic patients and post-op care of orthopedic trauma patients - Must be good at giving blood products and with mobility - Trauma Level I experience required - Charting system experience with Epic - Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS - Skills: Blood Product Administration, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Ortho trauma, PCA, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Peripheral nerve block catheters, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Surgical drains, Total joint replacement, Wound Care/Wound Vac ### Preferred Experience - Previous Charge RN experience ### Clinical Experience - Work settings: PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown - Patient diagnoses: Total Joints, ORIF any fracture, Laminectomy, Hand surgery, bladder suspension, some gyn surgeries, some eye surgeries - Experience with traction, bulb syringe, braces, casts, crutches, Doppler, walker, hemovac, picc line, mid line, alaris pump, PCA ### Licensure - Compact license required at time of submission if applicable ### Additional Requirements - Willing to float as required - Accepts first-time travelers - Not accepting pending licenses - No local candidates within a 75-mile radius - Must have Kansas and Missouri or compact license in hand at time of submission - 8 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule period required
