About the Role As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll manage key tools like Marketo and our CRM, helping to build automation workflows, track campaign results, and keep our lead funnel flowing efficiently. You’ll collaborate closely with digital marketing, sales, and product teams to execute campaigns, maintain data quality, and report on performance. What You’ll Do Build and manage email campaigns, nurture workflows, and lead scoring in HubSpot. Maintain CRM hygiene and lead management best practices. Track and report on key KPIs including MQLs, campaign performance, and attribution. Identify and troubleshoot issues with campaign execution or lead flow. Support integrations between marketing tools, CRMs, and ad platforms. Document marketing workflows and assist in improving team processes. What You’ve Done 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or CRM management. Worked with HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools to create campaigns and workflows. Built reports or dashboards showing marketing campaign performance. Worked cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, or data teams. Demonstrated problem‑solving and process improvement abilities.
