Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and establish effective treatment plans tailored to their individual circumstances.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Establish therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options to ensure all clients have access to services, accommodating any accessibility challenges they may face.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress to comply with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities to enhance your skills and stay informed of best practices in the field.

Qualifications\n
