Industrial Engineer Stf (Level 4) Industrial Engineer Stf (Level 4) for the MFC Enterprise Industrial Engineering team, responsible for applying advanced analytical skills and Industrial Engineering concepts to support IAMD Production Operations Management. Location Dallas, Texas Responsibilities Drive operational excellence through advanced analysis, model development, and cross‑functional collaboration. Develop and maintain simulation and analytical models for production operations. Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Support capacity planning and forecasting for IAMD production lines. Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and program teams to integrate model insights. Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior leadership. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline. Demonstrated ability to work with and present to multiple levels of management. Experience working in SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Experience working with Simio Simulation Modeling. Experience performing foundational Industrial Engineering analysis (Span Analysis, Capacity Analysis, Cost Evaluations, etc.). Desired Skills Experience in the aerospace defense industry. Ability to develop automated data visuals/tools that support improvement processes. Experience with Tableau, SQL, Python, and Data Analytics. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Eligibility & Security Clearance MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. Must obtain a Secret clearance.
