Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer - Remote (U.S.) A growing end user in the oil & gas industry is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to join their internal team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued evolution of the company's ERP environment while contributing to long-term business growth. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with strong Business Central development expertise and a passion for building scalable solutions.Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain customizations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Develop and support AL extensions following Microsoft best practices and extension-based architecture Gather business requirements and create technical specifications to support development initiatives Build and maintain integrations between Business Central and third-party applications Develop data migration and conversion processes from legacy systems into Business Central Create and modify reports using RDLC, Word layouts, SSRS, and Power BI where applicable Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing Business Central environments and custom solutions Participate in Business Central upgrades, testing, deployments, and release management Collaborate with functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable ERP solutions Support and enhance both proprietary Business Central applications and third-party extensionsQualifications 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central development experience Strong experience developing extensions using AL and Visual Studio Code Experience with Business Central SaaS and/or On-Premises environments Hands-on experience with extension-based development and Microsoft's modern development framework Experience integrating Business Central with external systems using APIs, web services, and Azure technologies Experience with data migrations, upgrades, and system implementations Familiarity with retail, distribution, inventory management, finance, or supply chain processes Experience with EDI integrations, including Lanham EDI, E-Ship, and E-Receive preferred Knowledge of SQL Server, Power Platform, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Power Automate is a plus Strong understanding of Business Central application architecture and development best practices Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications are preferredPreferred Technical Skills AL Development Visual Studio Code Business Central Extensions APIs & Web Services SQL Server Azure Integration Services Power Platform Git/Azure DevOps RDLC & Word Report DevelopmentIf you would like to apply or learn more about this opportunity, contact me at View phone number on click.appcast.io or email your CV to View email address on click.appcast.io.
