A direct hire opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist to join a retail pharmacy team in Lancaster, PA. This role offers an engaging environment with variable day and afternoon shifts, averaging 69 bi-weekly hours and an immediate start date. The position requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care within a collaborative business setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster collaboration with the store operations team, enhancing associate engagement and communicating pharmacy and company strategies.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in prescription processing by completing Drug Utilization Reviews and Final Quality Assurance in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Drive pharmacy profitability and prescription growth through clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Collaborate with District Manager and staff to manage inventory, track sales, and order pharmaceuticals to meet customer demand.
• Align pharmacy department goals with measurable key performance metrics to optimize department effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing medical-related inquiries and offering healthcare counseling.
• Supervise, train, coach, and if necessary, discipline pharmacy staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Maintain pharmacy security and handle customer complaints to foster trust and loyalty.
• Liaise with physicians and utilize reference materials to resolve prescription-related issues.
• Keep the pharmacy organized and maintain continuous staff development to improve performance and control labor costs.
• Prioritize and execute daily pharmacy tasks including inventory management, cycle counts, and managing will-call prescriptions.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.
• Demonstrated leadership and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations, compliance, and inventory management in a retail setting.

• Variable day and afternoon shifts
