Quick Facts: Location: Seattle, WA Start Date: Flexible End Date/Duration: Permanent Shift: Standard 4-day work week Hours/Week: Full-time (based on 4-day schedule) Employment Type: Full-Time License/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine Experience: Preferred minimum 2 years in MFM Pay & Benefits: Salary: $525,000 – $600,000/year (based on experience) Additional Compensation: Eligibility for bonus pool participation Benefits Include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Prescription drug coverage Teladoc Health & Second Opinion services Disability insurance and life coverage Short-term and long-term disability Retirement plans including 401(k) with profit-sharing and Employee Stock Purchase Plan Fertility benefits (Progyny) Generous parental leave and paid sick leave Continuing education support Employee assistance programs and discount benefits What You’ll Do: Provide comprehensive maternal-fetal care across inpatient and outpatient settings for high-risk pregnancies Evaluate, diagnose, and manage complex maternal and fetal health conditions Perform advanced prenatal diagnostics, such as ultrasound, genetic testing, fetal echocardiography, and CVS procedures Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including obstetric hospitalists, neonatologists, and pediatric specialists Support outreach services in regional locations throughout the Pacific Northwest and southern Alaska Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives Mentor OB/GYN residents and contribute to a learning-rich environment What You Need: Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine Washington State medical license or eligibility Strong communication and collaborative skills Preferred: Minimum 2 years of experience in maternal-fetal medicine Experience with fetal echocardiography, CVS, and high-acuity maternal care About the Assignment: This position offers the chance to practice in a highly advanced, high-volume environment supporting over 7,500 annual deliveries.
