Responsibilities As an LPN, you'll provide direct care for patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub‑acute care and long‑term care nursing center. Qualifications Successful completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program required. Clear and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice required. Active CPR Certification.
