Job Description Join our mission to lead the future of snacking. We are seeking a Full‑time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. You will serve as an ambassador for world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit, representing Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and working closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays. Responsibilities Conduct in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing photos of displays at assigned stores. Order product via iPad for shelves and displays to maintain in‑stock conditions. Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines. Follow negotiated plans with store managers, communicating any issues with Mondelēz management. Adhere to the merchandising manager’s daily schedule for efficient service. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches. Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store. Qualifications At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude capable of independent work. Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage will be reimbursed. Physical stamina for hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs (occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs). Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus. Residence within 25‑35 miles of the primary location (Old Bridge, NJ) or secondary locations (Englishtown, Marlboro, NJ). Availability on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Salary and Benefits Hourly compensation ranging from $22.55 to $24.55 based on relevant experience. 401(k) savings plan.
