- # Technical Project Assistant – AviationApplylocations: Chicago, Illinoistime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR6030**STV** is seeking an organized and outgoing **Technical Project Assistant – Aviation** to assist one of our Aviation clients in **Chicago, IL.** This position will be **fully on site** at our client site in Chicago.**Job Responsibilities include:****Office Operations & Facilities*** Reset conference rooms after meetings (chairs, technology, supplies)* Oversee booking, scheduling, and on-site support for ORD Next team* Oversee on-site support for large conference rooms, including troubleshooting conflicts* Manage space planning and seating assignments, including moves or reconfigurations to support team growth**Technical Assistance*** Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and standards.* Report to and coordinate with the ORD Next team* Coordinate Program Management Team (PMT) ORD leadership schedules* Schedule and facilitate meetings, including ordering meals when necessary* Serve as the internal communications hub for ORD Next updates, reminders, and scheduling information**Required Experience:*** **8 years+ experience working as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager in a busy office atmosphere*** Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint* Self-motivated decision maker and problem solver* Strong planning, organizational and communication skills* Client-focused and a strong work ethic* Must be able to pass a federal background check#LI-AW1 #LI-ONSITECompensation Range:$83,978.91 - $95,975.90**STV offers the following benefits** • Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable) • Disability insurance • Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment • 401(k) Plan • Retirement Counseling • Employee Assistance Program • Paid Time Off (starting at 16 days) • Paid Holidays (9 days) • Back-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year) • Parental Leave (up to 80 hours) • Continuing Education Program • Professional Licensure and Society MembershipsSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
