About who needs care: Leg weakness, h/o cancer, needs assistance with personal care, transfers. Weight is 270lbs, so skilled caregiver with higher lifting/transfer capacity. About the care needs: Primary goal is to secure caregiver with capacity for transferring, personal care. Client has leg weakness, so he had a couple of falls. He can transfer bed to chair with moderate assostance. He stands and can take several steps, but has leg weakness, higher fall risk. Stand by assistance must be performed by caregiver able to manage gentleman 270lbs. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
