Market Operations Coordinator

To support client-facing initiatives, the fully remote Market Operations Coordinator will manage client reporting processes, coordinate cross-functional support, and maintain organized documentation to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Key responsibilities Coordinate the client reporting process and resolve discrepancies in reporting Act as a liaison between Client Services and internal departments to facilitate communication Maintain accurate client account documentation and contribute to operational improvements Required qualifications Associate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or healthcare operations required Prior experience in managed care or health insurance strongly preferred Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with project tracking tools or CRM systems preferred
