Production Technician I / Operator (Day Shift)

Production Technician I operates manufacturing equipment for formulation, encapsulation, and packaging in a pharmaceutical facility. The role involves executing GMP-compliant processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining production targets on a day shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate formulation, encapsulation, primary, and secondary packaging equipment per procedures
• Set up, run, clean, and clear equipment according to batch records and standard operating procedures
• Monitor manufacturing processes and communicate operational issues to appropriate resources
• Perform in-process quality checks and minor troubleshooting on equipment and process problems
• Complete batch record documentation following ALCOA and GMP compliance requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-3 years general manufacturing experience, preferably cGMP environment
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new applications
• Understanding of HMI controls, vision inspection, and serialization systems
• Ability to stand 8-12 hours daily and lift up to 25 pounds
