CNC Lathe Machinist
PPS-HPS
CNC LATHE MACHINIST!
1ST & 2ND SHIFT - WORK 4 10'S OR 5 8'S!
Seasoned machinists to produce part from blueprint to specifications. In need of CNC Lathe Machinists with conversational controls experience running Mazak with Mazatrol controls a preference.
- Must have job shop experience
- Must be able to edit and program from controls and highly preferred experience writing programs using Surfcam or Mastercam Experience.
- Must have own machinist tools including mics & caliper and gauge blocks
- Must read blueprints
- Must hold tolerances of +/- .001 to .0005
- Must understand machining symbols and speeds and feeds
- Must be able to choose appropriate tooling to perform turning, drilling, tapping, reaming, milling boring and key cutting
- Experience operating cranes
- Wide range of materials experience including but not limited to Aluminum, Steel, weldments and Tool Steel
