CNC Lathe Machinist Opportunity
Looking for a career with a stable, global aerospace manufacturer? In Mesa this is a growing new facility and looking for skilled CNC Lathe Machinists to join their team! CNC Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC Lathe Machines to produce precision metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Monitor quality and maintain tight tolerances
Available CNC Shifts:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:00PM-2:30AM
- 3rd Shift: Friday-Sunday | 6:00AM-6:30PM
- 4th Shift: Friday-Sunday | 6:30PM-6:00AM
Pay:
$25–$36/hour DOE
Competitive pay based on experience, setup ability, and technical skills.
Experience Needed For This CNC Position:
- CNC Lathe machining experience
- Experience with machine setups, tooling, and offsets is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and precision measurements
- Manufacturing or metal machining experience preferred
