What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist residents with exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
Document progress accurately and timely using facility systems
Partner with nursing, therapy, and care teams to support resident goals
Encourage residents with positivity, professionalism, and patience
Maintain equipment and treatment areas safely and efficiently

What You Bring

Active PTA license in the state of employment
Associate's degree in Physical Therapy
Passion for senior care and rehabilitation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt, motivate, and support residents of varying abilities
