Sales Representative - Sioux Falls, SD - Orthopaedic Instruments
Stryker Orthopaedics
Field-based sales representative role selling orthopaedic surgical instruments and medical devices throughout an assigned territory. Responsibilities include developing sales plans, building hospital relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed quota targets
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, hospital administrators, and supply chain partners
- Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and trials in clinical operating room environments
- Deliver in-service training and education to clinical staff on proper product use
- Lead product launches, conversions, and implementations while identifying new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of outside/B2B sales or territory management experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 40% within assigned territory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Medical device or healthcare sales experience preferred
- Proven quota attainment and revenue growth track record preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- Manual dexterity and coordination for handling equipment and materials
