Engagement Director

Serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, the full-time remote Engagement Director will lead enterprise customers through large-scale digital transformation initiatives, managing both pre-sales and post-sales engagement strategies across a portfolio of strategic accounts. Key responsibilities Guide enterprise customers in developing and executing transformation strategies that align with their business objectives Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to shape and deliver high-value implementation proposals and oversee complex engagements Mentor delivery teams and contribute to the evolution of internal methodologies and engagement frameworks Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in enterprise consulting or professional services engagements Proven track record of leading complex digital transformation initiatives in enterprise environments 4+ years of program or project leadership experience at the enterprise level Strong experience in pre-sales and solutioning environments, including scoping large implementation programs Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business/technology degree preferred
