Lead the membership strategy for a respected organization. Own the planning and delivery of high-profile industry events throughout the year. Partner closely with senior stakeholders, sponsors and board-level committees. Opportunity to shape both membership growth and the overall experience. Relationships, collaboration, and community are central to everything they do, and this role plays an important part in bringing them together through meaningful programs, events, and member initiatives. Day-to-day, you'll oversee membership engagement, develop recruitment and retention initiatives, manage a calendar of events ranging from networking receptions to larger industry programs, work closely with sponsors and volunteers, and partner with senior leadership to continue strengthening the organization's offering.
