Warehouse Material Handler I Solventum is hiring for the Warehouse Material Handler I position. Responsibilities Receiving, transferring, picking, packing, and shipping materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and inventory traceability within Oracle systems. Supporting manufacturing and repair operations through material handling, order fulfillment, cycle counting, and inventory movement throughout the warehouse. Processing shipping transactions, preparing shipping documentation, labeling materials, and coordinating domestic and international shipments with carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Collaborating with Planner/Buyers, Accounts Payable, Manufacturing, and Repair teams to resolve inventory and purchase order issues. Operating warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, carts, ladders, and walkie stackers while supporting safe and efficient warehouse operations. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and 2 to 4 years of experience in a warehouse environment including receiving, shipping, material handling, inventory transactions, or cycle counting. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, ladders, or walkie stackers. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and overtime as required. Additional Qualifications Experience using Oracle or other ERP/inventory management systems. Experience processing domestic and international shipments and related shipping documentation. Experience performing inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy activities. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast–paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. Additional Requirements May be required to enter healthcare or other third‑party facilities. Licenses, vaccinations, and other credentials may be required for regulatory or safety reasons. Work Location Onsite – San Antonio, Texas, USA Travel May include minimal domestic travel. Compensation and Benefits U.S. applicants: Expected compensation range $39,360 – $54,120, including base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible.
