The Oracle SOA CS/ICS Lead provides functional and/or technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support the delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for an application or group of applications. Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests. Develop requirements. Manage creation and quality of deliverables. Manage project(s) and project team(s). Develop process capabilities.

Oracle professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture.

Technology-SOA/BPM professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle SOA/BPM solutions. A professional at this position level within Client has the following responsibilities: Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals. Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Client on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach. Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility. Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Client.

Basic Qualifications: Minimum of three years of Oracle OSB Development Experience Minimum of seven years of Oracle SOA Development Experience including a good understanding of Service Component Architecture and core SOA Minimum of two years of Oracle ICS Development experience with Oracle Manage File Transfer MFT Minimum of two years of experience leading an Integration Development team Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 6 -12 years - plus an Associate's Degree)
