Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Senior Analyst, FP&A (Wakefield, MA)

The Senior Analyst, FP&A will support cost & headcount forecasting/analytics for Epsilon's Technology & Services Practice. Responsibilities include working directly with the Director of FP&A on the Operating Expense forecast process for Tech & Services, partnering with Business/Product leaders to understand headcount and cost requirements, performing client profitability analytics, analyzing client cost metrics, coordinating with other FP&A team members, and contributing feedback to the Reporting team.

Qualifications include experience in Financial Planning & Analysis for a global Fortune 500 company, strong financial/accounting acumen, understanding of business analytics, and excellent Excel modeling skills. A Finance or Accounting degree; MBA preferred. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, experience working with various levels of the organization, experience developing Excel based financial forecast models, and experience supporting business decisions with business cases and analysis.
