Cafe Manager

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Manage daily operations of the caf, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Manage the scheduling of the team, and backfill Barista role as needed.Support our Events team with planning and coordination of cafe related itemsOversee inventory management and vendor relations, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.ABC Compliance and proper handling and sale of alcoholic beverages.Refine and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among different departments.Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.Performance Management & Coaching: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including performance evaluations, corrective action, and professional development.Food and drink recipe development: Creating seasonal menu items that align with branding and seasonal trendsMonitor financial performance, including sales targets, sales strategy, food and beverage costs, and waste management.Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the caf and the safety of our guests.
