Role Description We are hiring a full-time remote Operations Manager to run the day-to-day business operations of the firm. This is not a purely administrative position and not a high-level executive role. This is a hands-on management role responsible for keeping work moving, ensuring accountability, and solving problems before they reach leadership. You will oversee workflows across intake, case management, and settlement, follow up when work stalls, manage routine employee issues, and coordinate financial closing steps so cases turn into revenue efficiently. You should be comfortable asking direct questions, tracking performance, and addressing problems early rather than waiting for them to resolve themselves. Responsibilities Monitor daily workflow and ensure files do not sit Follow up with team members on aging tasks and deadlines Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and routine HR matters Handle operational and personnel issues before escalation Track case closing steps including reimbursements and disbursement preparation Communicate with bookkeeper to ensure funds move promptly Implement procedures and maintain operational checklists Provide regular operational reporting to leadership Qualifications 3+ years operations, project management, or team supervision experience Experience working in a remote environment Strong written communication and organizational skills Comfortable addressing performance issues directly and professionally Able to manage multiple workflows simultaneously Service business or legal experience preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr Earley Law Group Injury Lawyers
