Requirements

• Current nursing license
• Relevant certifications
• Demonstrated experience in the specialty area
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment.
• Assess patient needs and develop nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
