The Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth - meeting homeowners, delivering dynamic presentations, and closing deals that drive both your income and the company forward.
This is a results-driven position for individuals who embrace competition, and are motivated to be at the top of the leaderboard. You won’t just sell, you’ll learn the business from the ground up . We invest heavily in training and development so you can master every aspect of the company and position yourself for rapid advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact presentations to homeowners using our proven system
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Drive revenue by consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to dominate market goals
- Stay sharp on industry trends and continuously improve your approach
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive mindset with a track record of performance (sports or sales preferred)
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Ability to adapt presentations to customer needs
- Resilient and open to feedback
