What You'll Do:

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers
• Educate clients on coverage options and recommend solutions that truly protect their families
• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-up
• Assist with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and service needs
• Quote, prepare applications, and close sales opportunities
• Maintain detailed documentation and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to individual and agency production goals
• MUST be licensed with P&C and Life & Health

Customer service or sales experience is preferred. Insurance licensing is a plus, but we are open to the right candidate willing to obtain it. This is not a sit-back-and-wait role. This is for someone who wants to grow, earn, and build a long-term future.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
