Senior Blockchain Engineer

## **Role Overview**

As a **Senior Blockchain Engineer at DeCruiz Labs**, you’ll help build the **compliance-first infrastructure powering token issuance, vesting, airdrops, fundraising, and foundation management** for leading Web3 projects. You’ll work on production-grade blockchain systems that support token launches, on-chain distributions, investor workflows, and multi-chain integrations at global scale.

## **Key Responsibilities**

* Design and develop **smart contracts, token standards, and secure blockchain integrations**
* Build backend systems for **on-chain state indexing, automated transactions, claims, vesting, and distribution**
* Architect **multi-chain infrastructure** across EVM and emerging ecosystems
* Improve **protocol security, gas efficiency, scalability, and fault tolerance**
* Partner with product, compliance, and security teams to support **audit-ready launches**
* Mentor engineers and contribute to **architecture decisions and engineering best practices**

## **Required Qualifications**

* 5+ years of software engineering experience at **Blockchain** space
* Strong expertise in **Solidity, TypeScript/Node.js, distributed systems, and backend architecture**
* Deep understanding of **EVM chains, token standards, wallet flows, and transaction lifecycle**
* Experience building **DeFi, tokenization, custody, or financial infrastructure**
* Strong knowledge of **smart contract security, testing, and monitoring**
* Proven experience scaling **high-availability production systems**

## **Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with **multi-chain ecosystems** (Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Optimism, Solana, etc.)
* Background in **custody, HSM signing, MPC wallets, or key management**
* Familiarity with **KYC/KYB, compliance workflows, or regulated digital assets**
* Experience in **token sales, vesting, staking, or foundation tooling**
* Previous work in fast-scaling **Web3 infrastructure startups**
