Senior Manager, Commercial Marketing - Connected Care

Senior Manager of Commercial Marketing at Baxter responsible for commercializing the Connected Care portfolio, which includes digital products and platforms. This role drives market adoption, customer engagement, and portfolio growth through go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and data-driven insights across a matrixed organization.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize adoption, utilization, revenue, retention, and marketing KPIs; translate insights into business improvements
- Develop and execute commercialization, go-to-market, and product launch strategies aligned with product vision and market opportunities
- Create differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions targeting clinical, operational, financial, and IT decision-makers
- Lead sales enablement and launch programs ensuring field readiness with tools, content, and support for commercial success
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Medical Affairs, and regional teams to deliver commercialization initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or graduate degree preferred
- 8+ years progressive commercial or product marketing experience in healthcare technology
- Expertise marketing complex, software-enabled healthcare solutions with enterprise adoption success
- Deep knowledge of digital health ecosystems, clinical workflows, and enterprise IT environments
- Demonstrated track record commercializing healthcare technology, SaaS, connected devices, or digital health solutions
- Experience launching and commercializing products across complex matrix organizations globally
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to translate commercial performance into growth strategies
