Pay: $22.00$28/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced MIG welder to join our team in Matthews. The ideal candidate will have hands-on MIG welding experience, a current welding certification, and the ability to produce high-quality, accurate welds.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on various materials and components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production standards
Requirements
- Valid/current welding certification required
- Previous MIG welding experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and welding drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Work Location: In person
