Flexibility is at the heart of this opportunity, with a need for 40 hours per week that can be fulfilled either by one full-time professional or split between two OTs—one working three days weekly with a caseload of about 25, and one working two days with a caseload of roughly 15. The assignment runs from August 5, 2026, to December 19, 2026, providing the chance to make a substantial difference over a semester.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT), eligible to practice in a school setting
• Previous experience in school-based therapy preferred
• Familiarity with preschool through 5th grade populations
• Strong collaboration skills for IEP team participation
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive OT assessments and re-evaluations
• Ability to write clear, actionable progress on IEP goals
• Excellent time management and adaptability to serve as a resource across sites as needed

Key Responsibilities:
