Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with current credentials
• Experience working within a school setting preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with staff and families
• Ability to adapt and provide creative strategies for students with unique needs across multiple grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions for students TK-12
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development and progress tracking
• Provide direct therapy services to support student goals in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with teachers and school teams to ensure therapy goals integrate smoothly within classroom environments
• Document sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory policies
