This is a unique opportunity to be the first dedicated brand and content hire, with the responsibility of building and owning the brand and content strategy from the ground up. The successful candidate will have the freedom to identify the most impactful channels, develop the playbook, and execute with a focus on measurable customer acquisition cost (CAC) impact. The role demands a creative and analytical individual who can seamlessly blend the art and science of marketing, and who is comfortable with the full spectrum of creative production, from concept to launch. The Head of Marketing will work closely with the CMO, managing ad accounts, and will be expected to have a strong understanding of performance economics, including CAC, LTV, and CVR, and how creative decisions influence these metrics.
