Overview Universal Windows Direct - Field Marketer (Events) We are looking for candidates who fit one or more of the following: A retiree or current employee looking to supplement your income A career-oriented individual looking to build their resume A server or bartender tired of working late nights An experienced Event Marketing Representative looking for more opportunities Wanting to join the largest growing event team in home improvement Someone just looking for something fun to do on weekdays, evenings, or weekends that pays! Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week Pay: $17-20 per hour plus bonus opportunities and potential for advancement Responsibilities Approach and engage potential prospects at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs Maintain company standards for appearance and attire Maintain a consistent positive attitude in the workplace Stay up-to-date with current product knowledge and promotions Demonstrate consistent reliability and availability Display professional time management Schedule in‑home estimate appointments for the sales team Assist with booth set‑up and breakdown Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts Enter data on multiple mobile devices Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required) Self‑motivated with a competitive spirit Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement Excellent written and verbal communication skills Clean driving record and reliable transportation Must be able to work weekends Ability to work well both in a team environment and independently Ability to stand for up to 8 – 10 hours at a time Ability to walk for 4 – 8 hours Willingness to travel 10% of the time UWD is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
